“Simmstown Manor was the perfect landing spot for our bourbon tour adventure. The house is even more gorgeous in person, but what really sets it apart from other rentals, was how well-stocked it is. Attention to details meant we had everything we needed and more. The space was well laid out, so our group of 10 had plenty of room to spread out, but plenty of large gathering areas for when we were all together. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer! ”

“We stayed for an extended weekend and loved it. The cabin looks small on the outside, but is so roomy and cute on the inside. The back porch is the best to drink coffee and enjoy the wildlife in the morning. A 60 second walk takes you directly to the lake and a fishing dock. “Very well kept property that had everything to make our stay comfortable & relaxing. Beautiful views on the deck & lots of wildlife to watch. Our dogs loved the glass doors so they could watch all the squirrels & chipmunks.
