“Very close to mandir”

“My room was ready on arrival for an early check in as requested. On arrival the room was clean with everything that was stated in place. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a good restaurant and cafe. Staff were generally polite and friendly. The one downside was that my room was not serviced at all and I was there for 6 nights. On the third day I informed reception that the room had not been serviced, the toilet roll had run out and that I had left the bin outside the door all day and……

“Staffs unnecessarily asking tips as i havent taken any help. A/C was not working and after repeated calls people attended it”

“The hotel was spotless and the room well appointed. Comfortable bed and great shower! The entire staff gave me amazing service. I felt like a VIP guest. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The food in the restaurant was delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back. ”
