This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom, 1400 sq. ft. townhouse is less than a block from the beach—just a short walk from the front door. The downstairs features an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Numerous restaurants are within 850 feet, including Burrito Works Taco Shop, Stir It Up, Beachcomber, The Tides, and Mango Mango.

Enjoy a cozy movie night on the 48-inch Smart TV with Netflix in the living room. Both upstairs TVs come with Roku and several free streaming services. The condo also includes a Blu-ray player, a selection of DVDs, books, and games.

When it’s time to relax, the master bedroom offers a king bed and a large shower in the en suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms feature a queen bed and two twin beds, with all linens provided. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located in the upstairs hallway, and an air mattress is also available.

The outdoor patio area is perfect for dining or unwinding. Use the propane grill to cook your fresh catch, enjoy dinner al fresco at the teak picnic table, or gather around the fire pit to make s'mores on cooler nights.

Beach essentials, including towels, a cooler, and a beach wagon, are provided for your day at St. Augustine Beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower afterward. Private parking is available for multiple cars, and an EV charger is also included.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.
