Tiny Jellybean row house

Welcome to the tiny home that feels big! This unique home is clean and tidy with bespoke finishes such as reclaimed wall planks, Newfoundland spruce siding, a custom IKEA kitchen. With floor to ceiling room dividing doors this place is both functional and stylish.

Located on the main floor is the kitchen and living room with patio doors to a fenced in back yard. The second floor includes a washroom, laundry and den area which can be used as a lounge or a dressing room. From the den you walk up the stairs into the third floor loft bedroom with a queen size bed and high end skylight. This beautiful house has been fully renovated from top to bottom and would be a great base for your St. John's stay.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

A hidden gem!

This property was perfect for 2 people. Open/airy and up to date. The host was responsive with questions. It is easy walking distance to downtown St. Johns. Dedicated parking space(s) were a bonus. Relatively quiet neighbourhood. All the amenities in your home away from home!

The property was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Communication with John,the host, was excellent. It’s within easy walking distance to interesting places to see such as downtown, George Street and The Rooms. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable and close

This house is a recently renovated gem with plenty of amenities. We enjoyed have a coffee maker and kettle ready in the morning. The bed on the top floor was comfortable and faced a large window, which we kept open for the breeze. The middle floor washroom was large and clean. The location is perfect, a short walk to parks, the cathedral, cafes, Signal Hill, Water and George streets. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Cute, Comfortable, and Convenient

The location of the house is perfect - walkable to all the downtown action and a short drive to Signal Hill as well as the airport. The place was perfect for us as a couple, it was spotless, the host was easy to communicate with, and the parking pass was a real bonus. We would highly recommend it to anyone planning a stay in St. John’s.

The reviews of the property were bang on. Great communication from owner John. Check in was easy, email received a few days before arrival with all the information needed to check in. The area was within walking distance to all amenities. Parlour coffee shop around the corner great start to the day coffee and baked goods. Venice pizza great meal for the long day of sight seeing. Needs convenience store on the corner has all the basics. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. Updated and everything you need for a great vacation. Only negative is two level of stairs , but that would be common to all the beautiful jellybean homes in the area. Awesome property would definitely stay there if I was in the area again. 👍

I had a wonderful 3 weeks staying at the Tiny Jellybean house. The property is located in a central location in downtown St. John's which allowed for easy access to many nearby attractions. Free, street parking was provided. The house included all the necessities as well as some unexpected extras: umbrellas, bug spray and laundry detergent. The homeowner, John communicated to keep me up to date with things such as garbage collection and street cleaning. I would love to stay here again. Thank you for making my stay in St. John's a comfortable, memorable experience.

Lovely home

The property was spotless and clean, a lovely bright colored home with everything one needs to have an enjoyable visit. The owner really put a lot of thought into this property. Everything was modern and up to date. The beds were really comfortable and ensured a good nights rest. A quiet area close enough to a cute coffee shop and restaurants. Downtown is just a 10 - 15 min walk away. Even though it has plenty steps it was not a problem for me to get around at age 75. I enjoyed staying in this cute home and can recommend it to anyone. The owner was also most helpful and responded almost immediately. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your lovely home John.

Emplacement parfait, très propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un bon séjour. Le proprio est super gentil. Petit bémol sur le confort. 1. les escaliers : très étroites et sur trois étages. Pour des gens moins en forme, très difficile à monter. Pour manger il n'y a que 2 hauts tabourets et seulement un petit comptoir. Si on est pas grands cela pose problème. Sinon, c'est parfait.

Excellent Location

The house was exactly as listed and was a great base to tour St. John's and the rest of Newfoundland. It is close enough to all of the downtown action to be readily walkable but removed just enough that we could get away from the hustle and bustle when we wanted to have some quiet time. There was a Needs convenience store less than half a block away, around the corner, and a take-out pizza place, as well as a coffee and ice-cream shop about a block away from that. Right across the street was the Bannerman Park and at the corner of the park was one of the stops for the Hop-on Hop-off bus tour. Communication with John and Aaron was always very quick and helpful. They were even able to accomodate a request to check in hours earlier than we had originally planned when Westjet cancelled our original flight to St. John's and we had to take a much earlier flight. Couldn't have been happier with everything. Thanks John and Aaron!!

What a great place to stay to see and experience St John's! So centrally located, walking distance to downtown, Signal Hill and Quidi Vidi. Our hosts were always available to answer questions and took lots of care to set up a really comfortable and spotless place for us, (3 adults), to stay four nights. We highly recommend it and would stay again.
