“This is a great space located near Macalester College. There's plenty of easy parking on the street out front and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and safe. The space itself is a finished attic but doesn't feel at all cramped. A tall person -- 6.2 or so -- may have to duck a bit in some spots and a person with mobility issues will struggle with the stairs that lead to the unit. “A really nice, well appointed house. We were in town visiting family and it was nice having a small home-away-home place to stay. Had clearly been recently renovated and the kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances and pots and pans.”
