"Arrived to find an old style motel, not an “inn & suites”. Room felt old, furnishings were worn. Had an issue with our showerhead, it never got fixed for the 3 days we were there after I notified front desk and they had no open rooms to offer or any refund. No stopper in the bathroom sink.
