Perfect Location

We had a wonderful week long stay at this vacation home. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and convenient cabana rental. We enjoyed watching dolphins and sunsets from our balcony, creating a memorable experience. We also loved being able to walk right across the street for delicious food, ice cream and some great shopping.

Did not have to even rent a car. Everything within easy walking distance. Love the view of the beach from the balcony. Condo was perfect!

Perfect location, needs updates

The location of this condo is perfect. The view to the ocean and ease of beach access is perfect. The property met our needs and we were so happy to be able to book that location as it was by our friends and the only one left close to John’s Pass when we looked to book. The property however needs updating and the floors were dirty when we arrived. I did contact the owner and they quickly sent cleaners over which was great!! Very minimal basics were provided for our stay (but that was communicated in the listing). Beds were hard and the lighting in the bedroom was so dark. The mirror was hung too low to see yourself in and found it very difficult to use that room to get ready when having to share 1 bathroom with the family, another option to be able to do makeup and hair in would have been nice. Carpet in the bedroom needs replacing. Seemed to be a lot of dust/debris floating through the air. Maybe could use a duct cleaning. Seemed expensive for what we got inside, but it was prime location and on the beach on Spring Break so still worth it.

I would have gave everything thing a 5 stars but the elevator wasn’t fixed and really didn’t give a long enough notice nice thing we were on the first floor. The pool was exceptionally clean and plenty of space to sit.

Great spot for lots to do for party or water sports, maybe not a relaxing babymoon

Overall it was a clean and nice spot right on the water and across from plenty to do if you don’t want to go to the beach or pool. I would not reccomend going here with an infant under 2. It was very loud with cars on the road and different parties of people having their good time. Just difficult for a young person sleep schedule and night time routine. But we loved the view and being next to John’s pass for activities. Would be prefect for couples or family’s for beach activities and access to Johns pass across the street. The beds were not very comfortable and the sheets felt like plastic. But for a short weekend it was torlerable kinda. Tv in the main living area was just cable changes. Not a smart tv with the app options. We were still able to find movies to watch in the evening to wind down but not our baby’s typical shows during his wake hours.

Being right on the beach on first floor was fabulous! Pool was great and looked great after being redone! Onsite parking spot was so convenient and reaching property manager was very easy, replied promptly. Would stay again!!

Great location

The location was wonderful! Walking distance to everything and the beach was beautiful! Only bad thing is the beds are really hard and squeeky. The sound of the traffic was loud along with the people yelling because you are right along a busy street. The baseboards and floors were a little yucky too but other than that it was great!

Nice place, great location

The condo had everything we needed and then some. The only issues were: the listing states there is a washer and dryer. However, it is a community laundry for the entire building on another floor. Also, there was only one elevator and it was notoriously slow. We sometimes waited 10 minutes.

We had a hard time figuring out how to get the elevator and how to get into the room because of the codes, but other guests were nearby and gave us instructions. Other than that, there were no issues and we had a great time! Loved the condo and the location. We didn't have a vehicle but everything we needed was within walking distance. Would definately stay here again.

Family vacation

We greatly enjoyed our stay at your condo! The location was perfect for our family with direct beach access and close by dining and shopping. There was some confusion at checkin- the email instructed to go to the office for parking pass which closes at 3 on Sundays but checkin isn’t until 4. The parking pass was waiting in the condo so not a big deal but a little frustrating after traveling all day.
