Family vacation

We had a nice family week at the beach. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to restuarants.

Perfect Beach Location

We loved this location. Easy access to the beautiful white sand beach. There was also a pool and hot tub if you wanted to avoid the beach. It was easy to find a spot on the beach while other areas in either direction were more crowded. The lanai actually worked out well. We still had view of the ocean but it never had direct sun on it at any time of the day. So we enjoyed it both day and night. The condo units are well maintained. They even had shopping carts and luggage carts to use which was handy. There is assigned parking for one vehicle and space for one additional vehicle per unit if needed. Check in was easy and the staff friendly. Great instructions on the use of the condo and codes were also given at check in. There were many restaurants within a short driving distance. Some within walking range. Grocery stores were close as well. Highly recommended.

Relaxing

We met family from Minnesota and had an amazing time. The beach was beautiful and we used the pool and hot tub frequently. The condo was beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable and adequate kitchen items were available. The area had a beachy feel and the restaurants we tried were incredible! We will definitely be back!

Nice condo. Everything was great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and updated. Close enough to walk to several restaurants and shops. There’s a few board games in the cabinet in living room, which was good for the rainy afternoons we had. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Great location!

Beautiful ocean view off the balcony! Easy access to the beach and not a very busy location which we thought was nice. There are tennis rackets/balls, a floaty, beach toys, beach chairs, and an umbrella in a closet to use during your stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t find these items until right before check-out which was a bummer because they would’ve been so nice to use during our stay! Lots of good restaurants nearby and a very easy drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg! Would definitely recommend!

Great location!

Loved the location and balcony, whole apartment very nice, clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again. Kids room had a new bunk bed with queen lower bed which was a huge hit with our kids. Only slight negative is the old fashioned check in and out system, it would be so much more convenient to just be sent the door code and have the parking passes in the unit instead of having to physically go to the Plumlee office before arrival and after leaving.

Nice

Nice location and condo was very nice. Info stated umbrella and chairs in condo so we didn't rent from Plumplee. Umbrella was broken, chairs needed replacing and Plumble was out, so luckily we found someone who lent us some. I assume the beach stuff was put back to prevent charges and not checked for next renter. Condo is very nice but older building, bedrooms are next to outer hallway, so easily hear people out there. My husband was stuck in elevator and fire department had to be called to get him out.

Perfect Location

This condo is in a perfect location. Steps to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. It was very clean and had everything that we needed including a balcony with a great view of the water.

Great 3BD Condo on the Beach

We enjoyed our family beach get away in this wonderful 3BD condo. We grilled out two nights on the gas grills(bring your own lighter). Enjoyed a big pool and jacuzzi. Lots of lounge chairs and tables w/umbrellas by the pool. Plenty of bath towels and beds were comfy. Beachy decor was fun and the couches were very relaxing. Quick response by Plumlee on the Living Room TV remote not working - previous tenant had moved some cables in the back. The Gulf was like bath water !!

Plumlee was great!

Plumlee was very accommodating! The unit we had reserved was being repaired due to water damage so the week before our trip Plumlee contacted me to let me know that they had upgraded our condo. It was very nice and I was so pleased that we were still able to stay at Indian Rocks. Thank you Plumlee!

Served the purpose

We had a great trip to IRB, especially while outside! Unfortunately, this unit needs some refreshing. It had a very musty smell, easy to get at the beach if not regularly cleaned and refreshed. (Parents have had a beach house elsewhere for over 30 years, so I know it’s possible to keep clean and fresh!) Throw pillows, couches, rugs all look good, but should probably be replaced due to odor. The top rack of dishwasher is usable...just barely. It’s old and is deteriorating. Had to put back together a couple of times. Some of the knives in the knife set have detached from their handles. The kitchen, overall, has what you need. The space is good. Biggest issue...the musty smell. It’s a great spot, just needs a little love.
