Great beachfront condo

We had a lovely long weekend at this condo. All codes, and access worked perfectly. We had zero issues and was a wonderful stay. 10/10 would stay again.

Girls Trip!!

We had six girls on a long weekend vacation and this place definitely met our expectations! It was nice to have a small convenient store super close! They have all the things you may need for the beach and more! The area is wonderful! Not too overpopulated. The one complaint is the bunk beds were a little sketchy. For kiddos I think they would be fine but for adults, not so much.

Roomy condo, ideal location

Stayed with 3 children and my husband for 5 days. Condo was roomy with everything we could need, comfy beds, and fun beach themed decor. I especially loved the very large balcony. The only negatives were the water pressure isn’t great, and as previous reviews mention a couple outlets don’t work and the elevator can be very slow. The unit seemed clean with the exception of a few dust bunnies stuck to the main bedroom popcorn ceiling. The building is older and based on previous reviews I expected the elevator to be slow and the building to show some wear. The pool was great, and of course if you’re staying here, it’s all about the beach! Couldn’t have been closer with easier access to the beautiful beach!

Great location and place to stay. Easy beach access. Local attractions and food/shopping close by.

As always, it seems rental properties have issues with restrooms. Toilets that run or don’t flush right and what’s up with the fake bidet. Other than that, place was great.

Beautiful view! Comfortable stay.

This condo is as described. The view was absolutely gorgeous and the beach front porch was spacious and clean. Beach access directly from the property and rentable cabanas right outside. The condo itself was comfortable and functional. Our stay was perfect. As some reviewers noted, the building is older, but everything was in working order and when you stay here it's all about the beach anyway. Would stay again.

Nice unit, poor management

We were not given enough towels and washcloths. The dishwasher was broken and the hot water heater is way undersized for a 2 bathroom unit. Absolutely no way to take short enough showers for a family of 5 to have hot water. We asked to speak with a manager of the management company and never received a call or were allowed to speak to supervisor with multiple requests. Nothing was done during our stay but we were credited $250 back. Beware at final payment that the management company also tacks on a lot of hefty bogus fees on top of what you think is the final price.

Incredible beach view and amazing sunsets!

We truly enjoyed our 3 week stay in Indian Shores. The views and and sounds of the crashing waves from the balcony are more than calming! Would recommend this property!

Condo was great but getting in a nightmare

The unit itself was clean and beautifully decorated, as well as fully equipped. The location on the beach was perfect and the balcony was a favorite space for us to watch the many dolphins. The condo complex was worn down - elevator broken, paint chipping. That leads us to the biggest problem - getting to our unit. The info we were sent for check in listed a code for the elevator. No mention was made about what do it the elevator didn’t work - no mention of the lock box or code to get the key to the locked stairwell. After several attempts trying to open the lock box, I phoned Teeming (the rental management office). The individual I spoke with very clearly knew nothing about this. She repeatedly asked if I was at the correct complex, especially when I told her we were in the garage. We were on the phone for nearly 30 minutes before she could give us an accurate code to open the lock box. This was not a great start to vacation! Add on carrying luggage and groceries up to the fourth floor and we were not happy.

Would not recommend

Unfortunately we were not even able to access the property, as the front door code did not work and Teeming Property Management failed to provide an emergency code. When the situation was explained to the property manager the next day, the customer service manager did not acknowledge how they failed to provide a code, be available for an emergency call or provide any sympathy towards the situation, given that we were left stranded at night without a place to stay. The reviews are true regarding the elevator, so do not expect this to work and be prepared to lug all of your groceries and luggage up the stairs. The property also seems generally in need to repair. While I cannot speak to the unit itself, I would avoid any property associated with this management company, which apparently manages many units in this building.

Beautiful beachfront condo

This was everything my family and i were looking for. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We can’t wait to go back!

Peaceful Getaway

We arrived right at check-in time and had no trouble getting in the unit, but getting up the elevator was a different story. All we were provided was a 4digit code and not instructions on how to put in the code. After talking to other guests in the building who had similar trouble we learned that this is an area that the Property Managers can improve on. Also, the wifi password provided was wrong. Teeming VR was able to resolve that right away after we called them. They did not reply to our email for over 24 hours, so we had to call. Cell service is spotty at best and using the wifi became necessary to stay connected with visitors and friends while in the unit. Once outside of the unit we had great cell service. The inside of the condo was in great shape and the appliances were decent and modern. There was a nice big TV in the main room with cable TV and streaming apps already installed. The pool and pool deck are clean and we'll maintained. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs, etc in the closet on the balcony. The balcony had nice furniture and a lovely view of the gulf. There are some major blemishes on the outside of the building facing the gulf and if I was walking along the beach I would not have a good impression of the building as a whole. Unfortunately our A/C stopped working at the end of our last day and we had to sleep in the unit with higher temperatures before departing early the next morning The other guests at the building were respectful and we didn't hear lots of noise at night. We did not try the coin laundry as we brought our own towels, but it should be noted that there is not a laundry machine in the unit. The parking spot included with this unit is uncovered and a tight fit for a large SUV. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to the same place again in the future.

Beach vacation

This place is absolutely amazing. Up to date, not run down. Very clean. Plenty of beach toys and chairs. Even a 10x10 canopy tent. Best part is the view. Plus you are right on the beach, no obstructions.

We loved our stay! Absolutely beautiful condo, very clean and decor was awesome! Location to food was great amd our view of the water and beach was breath taking. The check in process was easy and our stay was amazing! I would highly recommend.

Great rental and location, super happy with stay.

My family stayed for 1 week and we were really happy with the stay. The decor was very upbeat and clean. Being right on the beach was awesome. We made most of our meals and the provided kitchenware was ample enough. Any question I had was answered timely. I would definitely recommend and rent again.

Finding a condo on a quieter beach was amazing!

Renting this property was pretty seamless. As long as you read all of the instructions getting access to the condo and beach was easy. One tip, because of the location, I would highly recommend renting a car rather than relying on Uber/Lyft (wait times to get a ride was about 30 minutes).

Spring Break Trip with Family

Overall the unit was very nice. We did not need the property managers, but they were very accessible if needed. This unit is in a great location on the beach. If you enjoy watching the sun set over the gulf, this is your place. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has most everything you will need. The owners have provided several beach chairs, pool floats, and sand toys for you to use which is very nice. There are also 4 beach towels for you to use. Beware of the elevator at this property. It is extremely slow. Most of the time we settled for the stairs because it was much faster. But when you have luggage or heavy items, be prepared for a wait. The main TV in the living room does not have a cable box on it. All you can get are the free channels through Samsung TV plus. If you are looking for your favorite shows or any live sports you are out of luck. The two bedrooms have a cable box so you will need to watch most things there. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. They are outside in the hallways between the units. If you plan on using them while there...bring quarters!! Who carries quarters with them on vacation?

Spring break getaway 2021

Overall our family totally enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back to this same condo. A few things issues we encountered (relatively minor issues and did not overshadow our overall positive experience) - our allotted parking spot was occupied when we arrived. We were allowed to park in the guest parking spot until our assigned spot became available the next day. Getting help to figure out what to do was tricky as we arrived on a Sunday. Our assigned parking spot did become available the next day and rest of our week! - we should have probably looked into this prior to our stay but the laundry room is not within the unit but is a shared facility on the same level of the condo unit. There was a little competition as to who got to the laundry room first among others staying in the condo :) but everyone was respectful of everyone’s time and need and washers and dryers were emptied on time for others to use. Thank you Gina and Jeff. We had a wonderful time.

Vacation

Overall fantastic! I do wish there had been more towels and wash clothes because when you’re staying for a week you need more than two towels and two washcloths. We ended up going out and buying some. The apartment was decorated beautifully and all of the appliances worked wonderfully. The front toilet did not flush properly in the master suite but eventually we got it working. The elevator to the building is a little sketchy so I would suggest using the stairway to anyone else that stays. Another suggestion is providing more than one roll of toilet paper per restroom. We loved the view from our room and hopefully we can return and rent this unit again. We would love to do so.

Winter Getaway

Our unit was awesome. Obviously updated in last couple years. Very well appointed. Plenty of dinnerware, utensils and cups. Beach gear was plentiful. Elevator is old and slow sometimes grinding. It did break down one day but fixed quickly. Views are gorgeous. Area is very nice. Only real issue is the electrical outlets. Balcony one is very loose and not useable. 3 others let plugs just fall out with no pulling. Could be a hazard. Would definitely stay again.

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated with great access to beach. Only mild complaint is with the management company. After paying thru HomeAway, I had to read thru and sign a 12 page agreement with management company. And even though we paid a significant cleaning fee, we were warned we would be charged double digits if we did not wash and dry the beach towels and wash the dishes. We also had maintenance come in for "warranty" work while we away one day which I would have preferred be arranged on our exiting day so it didn't involve disturbing our visit. Would have like to have at least coffee available as well. But all said, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Excellent property. We would definitely rent this condo again.

The condo was very well appointed with everything. It was nice to rent a condo where everything worked. We have had a few bad experiences in the past. We’ve been vacationing in this area for the last 13 years and this condo was by far the best. Lots to do as everything is within a short walk or drive. The beach and the building property was very clean and well maintained.
