Welcome to Emily's Beach House!

This second-floor condo is located in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier and village area. It is directly across the street from tide contingent beach access. Just steps away are the St. Simons lighthouse, oceanfront Neptune Park with resort-style pool, playground, miniature golf and oceanfront picnic areas.

Emily's Beach House is a charming two bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, wonderfully furnished in casual beach décor. Wood floors and paneling throughout create a cozy fishing lodge-like atmosphere, ideal for seaside getaways!

The open floor plan with kitchen and dining room, allow for everyone to be together in the same space. Your private balcony with gentle sounds of the ocean in the distance is the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails or a great beach book!

Beach Gear Credit Included! Covenant has proudly partnered with a beach gear delivery service, VayKLife, to add even more value for our guests. Book a participating Covenant vacation rental with a length of stay between 3-14 nights, arriving between March 1st and October 31st, and you’ll receive an exclusive beach gear credit! We enjoyed our stay and intend to visit again! The place itself was clean and exactly what we needed for our family of four. Very close to the beach and within walking distance of the pier and all the restaurants there and also a walk, just a little further, to the restaurants near the King and Prince resort. We would definitely stay here again!

Long weekend
We were looking for a place to go that was not too far from Tampa. Condo was just like the pictures. Location was great for walking to the down town. Easy drive to areas nearby. Drive to Savannah is an easy day trip. The view to the water is exactly as the pictures show. The access is right across the street. Location is excellent.

Beautiful Condo
This is an amazing property! Very clean, comfortable beds, and easy access to beach which is right across the street. Decor in unit is fabulous! You can sit on balcony and see/hear the ocean. Very short walk to the village, where there are several great restaurants and cute shops. We visit the island often, but this is our favorite rental thus far! Definitely will stay here again!!

The stay was great. Our first time to the area. The location of the condo is fantastic to the village and beach. Both within walking distance. Quiet Neighborhood location. We were there near the end of the summer, so it was not as crowded. Our only concern was that that the condo had very limited streaming options for the smart TV and we had a day and a half of bad weather. As adults, we would have liked to have some local weather TV options and more streaming channel options. Looking forward to our next trip.

Wonderful!
My husband and three grandchildren found this the perfect place to stay in St, Simons. The condo was clean, cute, and well cared for. The balcony was the perfect place to watch the waves during a rainstorm. Beach access was directly across the street and accessible even at high tide. It was easy to carry our gear the very short distance to our spot on the beach! Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. We will be back!

Loved this place!
We really enjoyed the location, sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. The only problem was the dryer didn’t work. We contacted the manager who quickly sent someone to check it. Unfortunately it needed a new part and was unable to get it that day. The manager graciously offered the empty unit next door to us to dry our clothes. Highly recommend this place!

Cute property with a superb location
We enjoyed our stay mostly due to the great location - proximity to the beach and village restaurant/shopping district. The unit was very cute with adequately stocked kitchen and linens. The biggest disappointment was that we had no internet until the second day and were unable to reach the management company without going through the VRBO portal to message the owner because we couldn't reach anyone with the phone number we were given and the voicemail was full. Very disappointing and I would have expected better communication especially after learning about the problem. In addition, the clothes dryer had no heat. I would be hesitant to stay there again.

The location is perfect with the beach being only a very short walk across the street and lots of nearby dining. There is a grocery store a few minutes away as well.
