“The breakfast is so-so with very few choices of food. The location is convenient but quiet at night for a good sleep. The bed was comfortable and A/C is good and not too dry. However, the toilet is separate from the wash basin, so, a little bit inconvenient and non-hygenic. The phone inside the room was not yet connected, so, impossible to call room service or reception. There was an ipad in the room for leaving comment and other information, but we left comment to request for body lotion and no……

“房間其中一盞燈一直在閃，由1點入住開始已向前台說了3次還沒修，最後到下午快7點再說時，他們說會修的人已下班無法處理，也沒房間可換，就整晚一直不開燈用吧...這是什麼笑話...然後自己也下班了”

“Surprised that it was staffed all the time which was awesome. Clean neat environment. Access to microwave and hot water. Table tennis table was awesome for the children and adults to play on. Rooms are very compact but warm and well equipped. Would stay again if I was in the area”

“Very good location a few minute walk from the main Christmas Market square. We were room 211 which was outside the main hotel and it felt like a private chalet. We went to the Bar and service was great. Would stay again in Brugge”

“Very relaxing hotel with great ambiance being surrounded by many period features. Our room at the top was very clean and tidy and worked very well. The breakfast was great with plenty of fruit, fresh orange juice and includes a cooked breakfast if you wanted. The gentleman looking after the breakfast supply was very attentive, thanks. The check in was easy and explained the special parking and where our room was very well. The Markt was only around 8-10 minutes walk at the most via the fish……
