“One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!”

“All questions in review 5 Star. Host made sure all needs were taken care of. Super easy check in and check out. Even provided EV charging cable from the Motor Home area. Very relaxing.”

“Super clean and super cute. Only 15 minutes from Dreams Park and about 15 minutes from town which made for a very private and quiet stay. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Would stay there again!”

“Got in after midnight, room was ready and quiet with air conditioning running smoothly. Bathroom clean with all essentials present including toilet paper stocked properly which matters late at night!”

“The apartment was very roomy and stocked with all household and kitchen essentials, including coffee! The neighborhood was quiet and close to Cooperstown and Utica. Jacob was very accommodating and responsive to my communication. The apartment was appropriate for people who like to travel with their dogs, rather than leaving them behind. Thank you, Jacob!”
