Great summer stay!

Beautiful condo and great location. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for all of us. Steamboat is our favorite Colorado long weekend destination and will definitely try to book again in the winter.

Let the Renter Beware

The property manager and owner failed to disclose that the pool was closed for our entire visit despite advertising it being open. When asked about it it took several days, calls, and messages to get an update and when I received an update with an insulting response. I had poor interactions with Vacasa and the owner. To summarize the stay, don't trust what they are selling.

Great- small changes

Great spot. My retired folks, single brother, wife and son all loved the property. Cleaning was great, however my 70’s mother noticed previous stay’s undergarment under her bed main floor larger room. I got confused and realized there are actually 3 bathrooms, 2 on main floor, not 2 overall. Excellent. Not sure if all the snow affected wifi but couldn’t find the secured network referenced, and when inquired, said “see front desk” (3miles away) so did without.

Memorial Weekend Vacation

Overall, the location and amenities of the unit exceeded my expectation. Kitchen was well stocked, there were activities and games for everyone to play, and location was great. There was some confusion with instructions for pick up, as well as unit did not felt it got cleaned to the best it could have been. Overall would stay here again.

Winter stay

The place was very nice. It was fully equipped with everything to cook for 8 people. I would recommend this place and stay here again. The only thing which isn’t a bad thing, the listing said 3 bedrooms but the place is 4 bedrooms. 1 bunk room, 2 king beds, and one queen bed

We will stay here again!

We loved the location and convenience of this condo. The ski lockers and ski shuttle were very convenient and appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the place had nearly everything we needed. The property management brought us a rug for the front door and a couple more towels upon request. (Oddly, we never had kitchen towels.) The place is beginning to show it’s age a little but overall we really loved staying here and it housed our two families very comfortably. As a side note, we were expecting to find two twin beds upstairs in a loft. Upstairs includes a bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a double/twin bunk connected by a jack-and-jill bathroom and the queen bed is actually on the main level. (This was detailed differently in the homeaway listing.) It all worked out great though. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay!

Great location, with shuttle bus to everywhere. Loft mattresses are very hard. Very nice!

Limited kitchen utensils. Overall very nice accommodations. Right space for more than 6 adults

Great Condo for Family Get Together

I gave this place 4 stars because it was great accommodations for 3 families -- everything we needed to cook, etc. Grounds were nice and the pool with 3 hot tubs were used by the younger group. The staff were very nice and helpful when we needed them. I didn't give it 5 stars because there was no air conditioning -- which it really needed as we were on the second and third floors and got the afternoon sun. I don't think you normally have the high temps we had while there, but air conditioning would be nice when this happens.

Exceeded expectations

Great value, perfect location (the shuttle negates the short distance to the slopes). This particular unit updated but comfortable and perfect to be upper level and away from perhaps the busier parts of the complex (pool, office). Staff were excellent and overly friendly and accommodating (Ryan genuinely stands out with his professional/comprehensive service). Plenty of room for 5-6, we had a smaller group. For what this is billed as it's essentially tops, I just gave 4 star because it's not an overdone ritzy setting which is what we wanted to avoid. Thanks to the kind owners for hosting us.

AWESOME

WE had a great time in this facility. Was clean, convenient, roomy and well supplied with everything we needed. The cleaning service only added to the value. Would definitely do again!
