One of few houses permitted to legally host short-term in Stillwater.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood in east Stillwater, a short drive to OSU. This home has three regular standard size bedrooms (one with its own half bath), plus a small single room and open loft that looks out over the living room. Sleeping rooms surround the living room with it's high ceiling and kitchen.
IMPORTANT: There are strict limits on unrelated occupants, parking, and commercial activity.
The space
This house is in northeast Stillwater, but still only about a 6 minute drive to the OSU campus.
The house is 1.5 stories with four bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a living room and a kitchen on the first floor. The open upstairs loft is configured for three people to sleep.
The house can sleep up to six in traditional beds.
The fireplace is only decorative and should not be used.
There's also cable HD television and unlimited WiFi Internet service
Guest access
The entire property is for your use.
Parking at the house is limited:
- Two cars fit in the driveway;
- One full-size or smaller car (no trucks or trailers) is allowed in front of the house "short-term" (must be moved every 24 hours);
- No trailers are allowed in the driveway or on the street in front;
- Within a block away, there are also three small off-street gravel lots with a total of 13 spaces.
Other things to note
Not a party house or party neighborhood.
Any violations of Homeowners' Association's policies (usually improper parking or loud parties) may result in a fee that will be passed on to the guest.
Please do not use the driveway across the street to turn around, or block the next door neighbors' driveways.
Required by the HOA rules (that we don't control):
- no more than 3 unrelated guests
- no more than two vehicles in the driveway and one smaller car on the street immediately in front of the home (but there are some overload lots)
- no vehicles on the grass at all
- no trailers at all
