“Excellent hotel and staff were all very helpful and friendly would highly recommend this hotel and food was excellent”

“Perfectly located for getting around town. Comfortable rooms.”

“Super nice, "old" feel but everything modern and in good working condition. Food was delicious! Bar staff was really friendly. Make sure to go upstairs in the restaurant for breakfast, old fun artifacts and beautiful original stained glass. Grianin of aileach is right there, don't miss it!”

“Fantastic hotel. We love our stay here”

“房间比较简陋，只是为了休整住一晚，毛巾比较旧，服务人员态度热情，早餐还可以。”

“Place is old. Bathroom had a major leak in the tub. I didn’t know until I got out of the shower and stepped in a giant puddle. The water was discolored and had sediments in it. Staff was rather unfriendly in comparison to the rest of people I dealt with while visiting the country. Didn’t help me much. Can hear people in hall and in rooms next door way too loud. Walls and doors aren’t sound proof. My refrigerator didn’t work.”

“A nice hotel but really let down by the restaurant. Chicken curry with four wee tiny bits of chicken, and a tiny scoop of rice. Definite not worth the money. We weren’t the only table to complain about this. We also ordered sides which we never received. However the manager was quite understanding of our upset, and handled it very well and professionally.”

“The room and staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The only downside in service was transportation. This is not a place to go to without a car. Left-side driving an issue for newcomers. The water shutdown on the 15th was such an inconvenience for my daughter who uses the gym before breakfast. Unable to shower until late afternoon. Horrible!”

“Very friendly, attentive staff. The garden view suite was very large, beautifully decorated and furnished, however it had not been thoroughly dusted or vacuumed. We had to advise the front desk of a couple of maintenance matters in our bathroom and that we needed the heating turned on and these were promptly attended to. We were surprised that the hotel”

“Had a wonderful stay at Dillion’s in Letterkenney. Would highly recommend…”

“Comfortable, clean, nice staff for a three star hotel what more could you ask for. One question why would you serve fish and chips on charcuterie boards for the love of god wise up and put on plates lol was nicely done fish be proud of that.”

“Great small hotel, most likely family run. Comfortable stay, great breakfast and close to the hotel were we attended a wedding. Highly recommend”

“Supposed to be a 4 star hotel but a number of issues imo. Only one lift for a large hotel seems poor. You need to drop off your bags from the car at the entrance as otherwise there are steps to negotiate from the car park. The bar restaurant is frankly very poor in terms of noise and quality of food which arrived so quickly that it was obviously not freshly cooked and was pretty tasteless. There are numerous reviews highlighting this but nothing appears to have been done about it. The main……
