“A true gem in Florence with wonderful hospitality
Hotel Settefiori was an absolute highlight of our trip. It is a family-run property, and their passion shines through in every single detail, from the tasteful room decor to the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Upon arrival, we were given a complete personal tour: the host showed us around, pointed out all the amenities, and clearly explained how everything worked, including the air conditioning. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. My wife……

“No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests.
Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean.
Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated.
Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night.
Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.”

“Location was perfect ! Beautiful decorations! However, I was never told you had to go to a hotel around the corner to eat breakfast- or that our hotel room was not in the dining and pool hotel. Apparently- two Hotel Calimala’s. Our first room was unacceptable as I paid upgrade for a room with a view- no view! They finally switched us into a better room. Check out these things before you book your room. Very nice hotel- but expensive for what you get! They charge for bottled water after first……
