“員工親切，房間很大”

“Rooms were not very clean, doors had huge gaps at the bottoms, which let spiders and black bugs in. The shower stall floor was ridiculously slippery and a hazard. The Dish network cut out alot. The sink light was not conducive to women applying make-up. No Towels or other amenities after the maids leave. Front desk not manned all day. Dirty windows and door handle plates. Smelled musty in every room, like sour milk.pop machine empty and took the money. Had to pay $50 dollars for a dog to stay……

“We decided to break up our long trip home and stayed at the Bolling Wilson hotel the night of July 4th and it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is in the heart of downtown Wytheville and Main Street was closed for a street fair, literally right out the front door. There was an awesome fireworks display that night which we were able to watch from the rooftop bar. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. The only thing not rating 5 stars would be……

“Bed bugs. Visible blood spots and “black specs” on bedclothes. Floors were oddly very slippery. Wiped a small area with a wet paper towel and it came up black. Entire place in disrepair. It was so bad that, at 10pm, after driving over 7 hours, we demanded a refund and left for another hotel. At first I was told that I couldn’t get a refund until the manager showed up in the morning. Luckily I paid cash, and demanded they just give it back. Do not stay here. It’s cleaner under the nearest bridge,……

“The property was very close to the creeper trail which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent.”

“It was fine. The carpet in the room felt dirty on my feet, but it wasn’t too bad over all. I just put my shoes back on. I wanted to add another name to the reservation in case someone else in our party arrived before we did, but I couldn’t reach the actual hotel by calling the number supplied, it was just an AI that kept hanging up on me because it couldn’t process my request. ”

“Pricing was amazing, staff was great, room was clean, the breakfast was pretty standard but absolutely nothing to complain about! This was just a pit stop on our way to Charleston, it was easy to get to and super convenient !”
