“Host was quick to respond to any questions. My girls loved sledding on the hills and visiting with the animals. the rope loft was also a hit and that's where they slept! The kitchen layout was a little quirky, could use a utensil audit- it had several wine keys/corkscrews but not a can opener, bread knife or whisk/mixer. We had brought heavy whipping cream and had to borrow a blender from the downstairs apartment to make it- So be sure to pack any small kitchen tool that you think would be……

“The cabin was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. We really liked the yard and views and had fun playing in the snow. The inside is lovely with plenty of space for our family of four. Great location for exploring the trail in the NC high country. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. The driveway is quite steep so be aware in the winter, however it’s well maintained and we had no trouble getting up and down. Beds are very comfortable. ”
