“The property was very clean and well maintained; however, it was the pool that stood out as most impressive due to how fresh the water was (well filtered and not overly chlorinated).”

“Great location for a getaway. We stayed longer as we were in the middle of a move. Brett was amazing - very accomodating and quick to support / help as we relocated. Great access to all Sunapee and the region has to offer. Great stay!!”

“You will have to check in using a code that they text to you in advance, with minimal explanation. The lighting in the room was inadequate, there was no desk to work on, and if anyone actually works there it is a mystery to me. The room seemed clean enough, but there is no maid service. You just hang your dirty towels in a bag on your doorknob and when you come back the bag will contain an equal number of clean ones. All in all, a very weird and minimalist set up.”

“Gave me a little sore throat and mild congestion because of the dust in the atmosphere of my bedroom but overall clean and neat environment. When stepping out of the room the smell of the furniture was be noticed as being a bit antique on the cheaper rooms. But regardless of that, everything was absolutely beautiful thank you! I liked longing on the couch down the stairs even took a nap. Really nice view outside and environment to be in.”

“I thought the place was great for its location. But, needs a bit of work, I know it is an old building, but I thought it definitely needed some TLC. Also, the person on duty upon checkout was grumpy. Not friendly at all. We didn't eat or drink at the bar/restaurant, so I can't review that. But, they seemed busy.”
