“The location was very convenient and close to all the areas we visited, which we really appreciated. The kitchen is nicely updated, and parts of the home feel recently renovated.There were a few things that could be improved. We noticed a smoke smell inside, along with a bucket of cigarette butts right outside the front door.The space felt somewhat minimal in terms of amenities. There were no extra blankets available for the couches (despite being shown in the listing photos), and only hand……

“Location is great and room was clean but it’s very obvious they cut a lot of corners to keep their costs down and maximize profits. Not having any staff onsite is really just not great when it comes to customer service. Parking situation was not adequately described on listing and when we reached out to the “virtual front desk,” they were completely useless and never responded to us until the next day so we had to figure it out ourselves and carry our stuff from blocks away. “An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room……
