SECOND ROW with surround views of the marsh and ocean. Newly renovated Holden Beach home. This 4BR2BA home is the perfect place for your next family vacation. Conveniently located just a 3 minute walk to the beach. This is brand new to the market. Each room is equipped with brand new smart TV's. Relax in our large living space. Dining table seats 8. Features 5 large porches with porch access off every room. Outdoor covered free parking with charcoal grill. If you've never been to Holden beach you will be pleasantly surprised by the family friendly beaches, multiple restaurants and access to bike, kayak, and jet ski rentals.

Restful and relaxing

Very clean, comfortable, and close to beach access. Very relaxing with good views of marsh with wildlife. Good peek-a-boo views of ocean. Decks were great retreats for morning coffee and watching the sunset. The host was very accessible during the stay and was very accommodating. The only concern would be the need to have kitchen placesettings be enough for large families.
