The property is located near the border of White Rock, known for its beautiful beaches, seaside promenade, and charming local eateries.

White Rock Beach – Only a 5–10 minute drive away, perfect for sunset walks, waterfront dining, and relaxing by the ocean.
Peace Arch Provincial Park – A beautiful cross-border park just minutes away, great for picnics and strolls.
Morgan Crossing & Grandview Corners – Popular shopping and dining destinations with fashion outlets, cafes, fitness centers, and grocery stores, all within a 5-minute drive.
Quiet Residential Area – The suite is located on a peaceful street, ideal for those seeking rest away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close to amenities.
🚗 Transportation:
Public Transit Access – Bus stops are within walking distance (approx. 5–10 minutes), offering connections to King George SkyTrain Station and other key areas of Surrey and Metro Vancouver.
Highway Access – Quick access to Highway 99, ideal for road trips to Vancouver (about 40–50 minutes away) or the U.S. border (5 minutes).
Free Street Parking – Easy and free street parking right outside the house, perfect for travelers with rental cars.

No discarding cigarettes, chew, etc., in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property is not allowed.

• One set of towels for each guest;
• No shoes inside the accommodation;
• Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am;
• Please pay attention to garbage recycling
• If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit;
• Please check with us for availability of late checkout. The charge for late checkout until 5 pm is half-day accommodation fee.
• There will be No Smoking/Cannabis/Drug and No Partying inside the property. The penalty for violation is CAD $500
