“I had incorrectly booked the wrong dates foe my stay at this property which was a non refunderable booking with no option to alter or cancel. I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge. The owners were under no obligation to do this but still allowed it without chargine me. I am very greatful for this as it was my error in the first place. “Spacious accommodation, quiet location”

“We spent 4 nights, 11 people including children. The house is amazing, had everything we needed. The pool was great fun and a highlight of our stay. Close to town for pubs and shops, as well as nature walks. A wonderful place to spend time with loved ones in a special location away from the hustle and bustle.”

“This was a wonderful cottage on a working farm. We loved it. It was clean and very well appointed. We stayed for 7 days and it was a excellent stay. Sally the homeowner was great and very friendly and was always ready to help if needed. We really enjoyed the local farm animals and the beautiful location of the cottage. “Our stay at Josie’s Snug was so perfect and exactly what we were looking for/needed! Adam was really helpful with communicating up to our stay and Jenny could not do enough to make sure our stay was complete when we forgot a few bits! We took the train in and grabbed a taxi up which was no trouble. The additional touches of croissant and jam and bathrobes were very welcomed. The hot tub was incredible. “It was an amazing stay. Really enjoyed staying at Matties Loft. Accommodation included all the facilities you would standardly require and more on a trip and was super clean. Host was really great and friendly, we felt welcomed. Should mention that our dog also really enjoyed the trip also as we took advantage of the lovely countryside walks and beautiful scenery. We would stay again :)”

“A gorgeous ancient (C16th?) house in a peaceful hamlet with lovely new floors/bathrooms etc. The weather was hot so our favourite thing was the big wooden table and comfortable chairs outside under a beautiful grapevine, felt like being in the South of France!”
