The local church bells add such a lovely, traditional touch to the stay. We also spent some time at The White Lion pub, which we’d definitely recommend to other travelers. “Parking was easy and secure. Communication with the host before our pre-arranged early arrival was excellent. The apartment, though sparsely furnished, was clean and tidy with comfortable beds with fresh white linen. The kitchen was fine after we located the cutlery on the cupboard top. There being no tea towel, dish cloth or towels in the bathroom we improvised. This apart, it was perfect for our short term stay. ”
