“This would have been higher rated except VRBO have a problematic communication system. We waited at the premises for an hour whilst VRBO rep's contacted the owner to let us in. First time that has happened in a few years on the platform and several trips.The accomodation was pleasant and walking distance to the main town centre / CBD.host was incredibly apologetic that the communication issue happened and showed the messages they had sent.Described as having a view of a local famous mountain -……

“當天到達酒店的時間比預期時間晚了，但酒店職員很好，過程中發電郵保持聯絡，並有職員特意留下等候，為此表示欣賞和感謝！可是，酒店的地方較偏遠，而且辦理入住手續的位置與資料上的電話號碼位置不同，以致需要花上更多時間去尋找住處。酒店房間都很大，並設帶廚具，住客可以自行烹調，是此旅遊，租用了三間房間，每間房間的設備、間格不一，其中一間房間的環境較理想，可是另外兩間房間的環境則令人失望，同等的價錢，但未能享受同等的質素。除此之外，酒店還需另外收取暖氣費用（這是租借酒店時，沒有提及的）退房時，帶點混亂，直至回家才發現，酒店多收了錢，但畢竟已回家了，已無法再查詢或追討了T.T”
