“They charged exorbitant cleaning fee and a resort fee as well. Resort fee for a townhouse? They sent an email that took me to their property management portal instructing how I could park car there. Upon arriving at the property, I was told that there was no parking spot and the email sent out was a mistake that the property manager blamed on Amazon Web Service outage. I was very disappointed that the property manager refused to own this mistake and he refused to cover my parking fees which mind……

“We found having one set of keys annoying. We found the locks on the front and back door was very hard to use. We had to leave the back sliding door. We couldn't lock it.The rout to the garage were the car parked, was like walking through a jungle.The beds were comfortable, kitchen clean. Great location we enjoyed shopping in Newtown. ”

“Stayed here with my extended family (4 adults & 4 children) over the Christmas period. Had everything we needed and never felt overcrowded. Even had a reasonable size garden for the kids to play in. Walking distance to St Peter’s station and Marrickville metro. Lots of family friendly restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. ”
