“What a great hotel! The location could not be better for exploring downtown Utrecht on foot. We easily walked to the hotel from the train station-with our big suitcases even. There are a lot of shops and restaurants right outside the hotel's location. "Overall the hotel has a really cool design, the room is spacious, the amenities especially the shower gel and shampoo smelled maginificiant. However throughout the 3 nights I stayed there, there were constantly ‘knocking sounds’ on the wooden wall behind the bed which made falling asleep difficult. Told the reception about the situation and was told this happened very often and they had no idea on the solution. The other thing was that I sent an email to the hotel, the response was so slow that I didn’t receive a reply until the day I checked in which was pretty disappointing. "
