The living areas in this holiday home consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with an oven, five-ring gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, a dining table and a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV. There is also a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of two double and a triple bunk serviced by a shower room and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a raised patio with furniture, external, covered kitchen with barbecue and hob, external covered bath, access to the river and off-road parking for ten cars. Within 3 miles, there is a shop and 4.3 miles a pub and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore County Cavan from your base at The Derries. Note: This property lies close to the river and adjoining lakes, please supervise pets and children at all times.
