“Great rooms and a great location!”

“For some reason every shower we have been in Gozo has leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet paper here is cheap and very scratchy. The reception is not 24 hours. Oh parking is a total nightmare. We were there five days and only once did we manage to park close to the hotel and that was luckily on the last day. The rest of the time it was a five to ten minute walk. To the nearest car park”

“Hotel is new compare to others in gozo. Room is comfy. The cleaning can be improved. The breakfast is good. But lack of salad vegetable. And the cups are not very clean. There r flies in the outdoor dining area. But I think it’s the best one at Marsalforn area”

“Check in was terrible - no staff on site just a cleaner - had to call for assistance - got hung up on. Started a chat told we hadn’t fully paid - go into the app and pay - tried but this didn’t exist on my app - Zoe - digital assistant finally got me our door code - and asked me to ensure I paid the environment tax of €4. Took about 45 minutes to get into our room. Breakfast was mediocre at best - hot shower, clean sheets which was great - pool is a very small dip pool - holds maybe 4 people. I……

“Ta Cenc has lots of charm but while some of the rooms have been newly renovated others remain dated. We appreciate the charm of the hotel but time to speed up the renovations.”

“房间内床板非常陈旧，洗澡水温不稳定，房间内没有WiFi，孩子们第一天只给一条毛毯，要求加被子被告知没有多余的被子只有毛毯，而马耳他晚上室外只有12,3度，睡觉时开热空调也不健康。游泳池的水太咸了！大概是直接用的海水，游泳池淋雨设施很差，桑拿要预定并另外付钱。”

“It is a very nice and clean hotel. The location is great! Staff never seem to be on property, which makes things difficult when you need help. We called the numbers provided for help and it said the numbers were no longer in service. Other than that, we had a great time!”

“Ein kleines, feines Hotel, mit super Lage direkt am Meer, super nettem, hilfsbereiten, zuvorkommendem Personal. Unser Zimmer hatte Klimaanlage, was die Nächte ganz angenehm gemacht hat. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt, mit allem, was dazu gehört. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht überladen aber es ist für jedem was dabei. Das Restaurant bietet reichlich Köstlichkeiten und kann locker mit einem 5* Restaurant mithalten - super lecker - nur zu empfehlen ! Für Sonnenhungrige gibt es……

“I really liked that there was no music by the pool so that I could enjoy a relaxing time sunbathing.”

“Amazing views of water and sunsets. Nice pool (but too cold to use in April). Very good breakfast. Had 2 dinners in restaurant and they were excellent. Our room was small but had a nice balcony to watch sunsets from. A downside is that the walls aren’t very soundproof. Good location. Only 10-15 min walk to beach and tours. There is road construction by the Adeneau bus stop so you will have to use the temporary bus stop about 500m uphill from the hotel. The views, staff, and……
