“We loved our 1 night stay here. The pods are almost new, super comfortable and pretty. The shared toilet facilities were super clean, there were enough to be shared so no need to wait. Location is great, very close to York City Centre and we were lucky to have nice neighbours in the pods around. Highly recommend it”

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen and some necessary utensils, which made it feel like a home away from home. The receptionist staff were helpful. The location is excellent - just a short walk from train station, the Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Everything is easily walkable, which made exploring the city very convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting York! ”

“The place was good and the on site staff were helpful but the overall experience from Hotels.com was terrible and made the whole trip unpleasant. The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law. ”

“Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. ”
