“Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! “This place was fantastic! Not only was it an extremely clean and well-maintained. it actually has a lovely interior. At night, the big window view from the room (27th floor) was so beautiful. It also has a gym, swimming pool, library at 8th floor. Free with no extra charge! In addition, we parked our rental car in the provided parking garage space for free too. “Communication not strong. Instructions should have send one day in advance. The location full of constructions and inconvenient to drive. We need to locate the block, look for the security guard and letter box to retrieve the access card. The car park’s sign not clear and difficult to view due to the colour code use and small font! However, the house is clean and comfortable. It will be better if broom is provided as we need to do some cleaning for 4 days staying.”

“Nothing that’s really terrible but when we are greeted by stains on the dining table, walls and sofa, it really sets the tone for the entire stay. Makes you wonder how dated this property is even though it isn’t, I think it’s high time for some maintenance works.”
