“House was older and a little smaller than expected but was clean and had modern utilities. Kitchen was well stocked including air fryer and indoor type cooker. Very close to SAP Center so saved 50 parking. Also close to Little Italy that has some nice restaurants. ”

“Plenty of room and good setup for a work trip. Close enough to downtown to make getting to convention center an easy uber or bike ride. Great backyard to chill out in. And waaaay cheaper than a downtown hotel!”

“The guest house is so adorable. Was just the right size for 2 adults, could definitely accommodate 2 more with the couch and other sofa but very comfortable for 2 adults. The shower was big, but would be nice if the shower had more pressure. The place was overall very clean. Except a slight wood smell. Not sure if it's the furniture or the outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would not mind staying here again :) the host didn't leave any instructions indoors and not sure what the wifi……
