Prime location in South Tampa, 33609. 9-min drive to Bayshore Blvd, 5-min to Downtown Tampa. Relatively close to the best shops and restaurants in town; Bern's Steakhouse, International Plaza, Channelside District and Ybor City. This gated quaint place is great for families, couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers. Listing offers an open floor plan with kitchen, patio, green area and free parking. It is also close to airport, Westshore shopping and dining, easy access to beaches and Downtown Tampa.

C. Our home is prepped based upon the number of guests. Toiletries including linens, sheets and towels will be provided based upon number of guests listed on the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed.

Yes, pets are allowed. Please note as per the platform’s policies and procedures, if you have a service pet or support animal, we need a copy of the certificate and badge for review and approval in order to waive applicable fees. Otherwise, $100 pet fee for reservations 1-7 days. $15 daily pet fee for reservations 7+ days.

We have a 60-minute gracing period that allow guests to check out between 10am to 11:00am. In the event of any emergencies, please send a message requesting additional assistance or request.
05. Is this a private property?
The listing is private property and will be available to for use of you and your guests only. There are no shared spaces or otherwise other guests outside your party staying at the premises.

For any missing, additional toiletries or maintenance requests, please send us a message on the platform or text line. Any requests received, other than emergencies, after 6:00pm, will be handled and addressed the following business day.

21. What are the parking arrangements and what is the cost?
Parking is first come first serve, complimentary. No ticket or tag is needed on dashboard. One parking space per booking only.
