“We were in town for a wedding and it met our needs and cheaper than hotel for 4 adults. However, the AC is only a portable Costco unit and works well in the living room only. The downstairs and bedrooms have no working AC, usually in WA not a problem but, it was warm during our stay. There was a slight "dog" or musty odor and they immediately brought us a air freshener which did solve the issue. I am not a pet person and usually stay in pet free places, my bad. Also one bathroom was a……

“We had a wonderful time in Olympia! Trail House was an excellent choice for us--it was a perfect jumping off place for all the trails we walked and trips to Mount Rainier, Poulsbo/Olympic National Park, and Seattle. The parks and trails around Olympia are amazing, as are the little shops and restaurants. Trail House was clean and well equipped for our needs--including a first aid kit and backpack cooler bag!”

“We liked the location of the home, it’s walkable. We have two small dogs and we walked them over the 4th street bridge into Olympia and around them neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable but the kitchen could use some newer utensils and a perhaps a water filter pitcher. We also would have appreciated some items like aluminum foil or plastic bags to store food items in the fridge. Since we visited during July, we appreciated the fans and the AC unit in the living room, but they were……

“We stayed here specifically to visit our family stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and the location was absolutely perfect. It made getting on and off base incredibly convenient, saving us a ton of driving time each day.
The rooms are basic but they were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff was very accommodating and understood the unique needs of families. If you are looking for a straightforward, affordable, and highly convenient place to stay while catching up with your service……
