“This is someone's immaculately kept family home. There are plenty of amenities including wifi, toys for young children, USB wall plugs, board games, a smart oven, dishes, lots of fridge space, plenty of towels and extra blankets, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and both central and portable air conditioners. There are decorations and collections around the place that give you a sense of who lives here, which I found very cute! I am guessing there's a hidden library locked away on the 3rd……

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
