“Had an excellent stay at the Park Lane. Thank you to the lovely staff. The rooms were beautiful!”

“Not impressed with this very over priced hotel. The room was tiny, barely enough space to open up my suitcase. The light wall socket was loose exposing live wires. The shampoo I’m convinced had been watered down. Not worth the money.”

“The hotel is about 7-10min walk from the metro station. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is small (but not as small as those in downtown Japan), especially the shower tub. The basic room clean-up (i.e. trash clean-up) had to be reminded twice. “員工很親切 酒店位置亦近旅遊地標 壁畫的北歐風很有格調 可惜房內沒有熱水壺提供”

“如果能夠有微波爐就更好了”

“The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Clean and cheerful!”

“No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. “Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! ”

“地點方便，客房很乾淨，服務友善，尤其是早餐非常棒！”

“客房乾淨整潔，櫃檯人員和藹親切”

“Stayed here for almost two weeks. Highly recommend.”

“好處是交通方便，鄰近火車站，但房間很多很細小，很多住客，早上11時要排隊輪候升降機，所以最好住低層單位！”
