“The Henri's location is great if you are looking to be centrally located in the City. Great access to all neighborhoods. When we entered our room there was trash under the bed. We had a double bed and 4 guest and only one set of towels. We had to ask twice to replenish the towels. Staff wasn't available to bring it to our room. The bathrooms were my favorite part of the room. Very spacious. Overall good hotel for the price. ”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

Staff were extremely helpful at all times and very polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends. Great experience overall. ”
