“Beautiful 1883 cabin - our family enjoyed the view of the mountains and the horses too. Kitchen is well stocked in its tiny shape. Thank you!”

“So convenient for our stay. Such bright space lots of light & very clean”

“We had a wonderful time at this property and cannot recommend it enough. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The location was perfect! We easily walked to all of our events in downtown Jonesborough.”

“Lavender Creek property was perfect for my visit to East Tennessee. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed when traveling. I would stay there again if the opportunity rises.”

“The property is a real-life example of the best of human creativity. The design quality and details were unbelievable. The natural setting and landscaping were heavenly. Didn’t end up having time to meet the owners and tour the farm, although we would have loved to! They were excellent to communicate with. We felt cared for and rejuvenated during our stay. It’s a dream for kids and grown-ups alike. This is a one-of-a-kind experience.”

“It was a great stay. Very clean, exactly as described. Great communication by the host.”

“This little cabin was the perfect fit for two families who were traveling to participate in the Smokey mountain National Softball Tournament. The beds were very relaxing after a long day on the fields!! Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Thanks Juan and Emily for a great little place to lay our heads!”

“The place was great for our family to stay for a wedding. The only complaint is the driveway is a little steep. Host was wonderful to communicate with. Definitely would use again if needed.”

“House was dirty when we checked in. Had not been cleaned…dirty wash cloth in the shower. Bugs in bed and all over the floor. We took pictures of the mess. Ashley came on Sunday and cleaned…thank you Ashley…she made the house livable. I would not recommend this house to anyone. If this is the way SANCTUARY houses are kept, I would not choose another SANCTUARY listing. It is the worse VRBO house we have ever rented.”

“Host was so nice and accommodating. Very responsive and place was so nice and clean.”

“Honestly we rented this property because it was the only one available on such short notice. The house was nice and properly described on VRBO. Having only 1 bathroom presented some issues and the busy street that apparently leads to the hospital was interesting. Several times (day and night) an ambulance came down the street with sirens on. It wasn't a huge deal for us but could be a problem for people who struggle going back to sleep.”

“The views from the house are Beautiful, location is very good, Beds are very comfortable, space is great for family, Love the fenced yard for the pups, We really enjoyed our time.”

“So close to baseball stadium and hotel where our grandnephew and team were staying!”

“Great property in great location”

“My adult daughter and I were in the mountains for a family wedding, and loved staying 2 nights at this quiet, country smokehouse-turned-cabin. The living room/art studio has huge windows looking out over a large pond full of water lilies. A peacock and several peahens enjoyed the sunny side porch in the mornings. Another room is full of vintage collectibles and antiques. The bathroom is small and basic, but the kitchenette features a fine Home Comfort oven plus microwave, refrigerator and……

“quiet area. Place looked great. Very nice stay.”

“We loved this place. Beautiful, peaceful setting, and you get to hang out with llamas and Tom, the friendliest barn cat ever. Short drive to a good brew pub/restaurant and a quiet night w/ lots of stars. Very friendly staff--I learned a lot about llamas. We decided to stay the night b/c we have a 13-year-old who loves animals, but it was way more fun than we expected for everyone. Planning to return.”

“We had a great stay! The cabin was very clean, exactly as described, and well maintained. The host was always available and responded promptly whenever we had a question. Check-in and check-out were easy, and we had no complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.”
