“The apartment was clean and bright and spacious. There were 3 adults that stayed in the apartment. 1 in each bedroom and 1 on the pull out couch. 2.5 baths, a lovely little outdoor space and a nice kitchen. The neighborhood was really cute with lots of bars and restaurants and shops. Not far from all the central DC sights. Joah was super helpful and responsive when we had questions. Would absolutely recommend this apartment!!! ”

“The apartment experience was as presented in the pictures. While being in a basement, it did not lack for light.The only fault in the rear bedroom was the lack of an ability to soften the lighting. An option from the in celling lights would have been appreciated. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and parking our car was as easy as stated. ”

“The metro was very close and we were able to get anywhere that we wanted to go in the DC area easily. We didn't rent a car so this was important to us. The kitchen met our needs as we were able to make breakfast and dinner. We usually went out to eat for lunch but saved money by making some of our own meals at the apartment. There were plenty of dishes and cooking materials to use in the apartment. We stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. The apartment was small but perfect for two……
