“The food was delicious cooked to order the burritos are fantastic! Just steps from the ocean. The pool is wonderful when the beach is to hot. Lots of shade and cool water. Very relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are basic but your only in them to shower and sleep. It the AC works great we actually had to get blankets because the kids got cold. The staff was great very friendly and accommodating. Tranquilo is a great word to describe the stay!”

“Terrible experience. If you don't have staff to attend to guests, you have to make things work. The hotel isn't finished, everything around the pool had bleach on it, all my friend's clothes were ruined. I told the owner and still there's no response. We also had to buy clothes. When we arrived at the affiliated restaurant, they "couldn't find" our reservation until 45 minutes later, only to serve us a terrible breakfast. I don't usually complain, but $300 for something so deplorable?! And the……

“Beautiful views!! There are some hiking and mountain biking trails on the grounds, and a small coffee farm. Besides that there isn’t a whole lot to do so I suggest 2-3 days at most. Breakfast is included in your stay but for all your other meals you only have the choice of the restaurant, which had good food but it is a separate fee. ”

“The pool was amazing, view was breath taking , and a just a moment to soak it in and relax. The three floors of the view and watching the sunset was one to remember. Rooms were clean and beds were okay comfort wise. All the amenities were provided, just make sure you load up on snacks, drinks, store is a bit away. You’re secluded from nearby stores. ”

“We booked a double room well in advance for a family of 4: 2 adults and 2 small children. Total disappointment. When we arrived, they only had a single room for us. They first claimed that Expedia had not sent them the reservation details correctly, but later they saw that the information was actually correct. It was obvious they had given our room to someone else because the hotel was full. The only solution they offered was to add an extra bed to the single room. They also said they could not……
