“Fantastic location, great host, prompt and detailed communication, flawless check in/check out... and that view!”

“This place is as listed.”

“Cool loft near everything! Very enjoyable stay.”

“Highly recommend this location! Excellent location right on water by Pikes market. The condo matched what was advertised and had everything you would need for a fun stay in Seattle. The owners were responsive and always happy to assist with any questions. So glad we choose this condo for our trip.”

“It was a very pleasant stay! Clean and comfortable. Thank you”

“We had a great stay at Gayle's Belltown VRBO. Communication, check-in, and location were amazing. Despite the unheard high temperatures during our stay, the condo was kept comfortable with AC and multiple fans. The beds were quite possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, home or away! Within walking distance to most major tourist sites and an abundance of restaurants, bars, and shops. A to Gayle for a lovely stay!”

“This property was ideally located right near everything!”

“The condo was amazing in every way. Amazing location with included parking. Great amenities: gym and indoor pool. In unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable and the views from the patio are breathtaking. Will definitely be returning in the near future.”

“It was OK. Right by the freeway. One of the AC mobile window units struggled to keep up with the heat and they were loud. The silverware was dirty and the bathroom floor didn't look very clean.”

“Propreté moyenne. Bien situé et à distance de marche de beaucoup d’attractions. J’ai tenté de contacter l’entreprise qui gère le logement pendant le séjour, sans succès. Nous n’avons donc pas eu accès au wifi et n’avons pas pu coordonner le départ. Il y a seulement 2 laveuses de fonctionnelles pour le bâtiment. Je ne retournerai pas à cet endroit pour mon prochain séjour.”

“Convenient and clean space. Only suggestion, you might want to drop luggage off before parking as it is a little bit of a walk, but certainly doable with luggage. Beautiful space and bed was very comfortable!!”

“Owner incredibly good at communicating, friendly building staff, perfect location, free parking!”

“Overall a good location but parking was difficult. We were forced to use the Diamond parking lot on Howell St for overnight parking at a rate of $32. Then we were forced to locate street parking with a 2 hour time limit which meant that we had to move the vehicle multiple times during one of our rest days. I think in the future we will need to consider this when booking accommodations in this area. Make sure the lodging comes with private parking. Otherwise, relatively clean and can’t beat the……

“Beautiful accommodations! Well equipped, well appointed, very secure building, convenient garage parking, very comfortable bed, great shower. Fantastic location - Macrina Bakery right outside the door, grocery store on the corner, plenty of great eateries and pubs in the neighborhood, short walk to the waterfront and Olympic Sculpture Park. Would stay again!”

“Wow! We loved this rental! Super convenient to all the attractions by walking. No need for a rental car or ride share. Communication was excellent with the host and check in was smooth. The rental was comfortable and clean. The massage chair was a bonus after a long day of sightseeing. When we’re back in Seattle, we will rent this unit again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.”
