"Pros: Neue und saubere Unterkunft. Alles was man benötigt war verfügbar. Zu empfehlen. Cons: Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Schalldämmung zum OG ist nicht so gut. Je nach verhalten der Gäste in der Wohnung über der Unterkunft kann es etwas laut sein."

"For me, a perfect sized apartment in a great location a few mins from beach, shops and main strip. Nice complex; quiet, clean and friendly. Sunny balcony with lovely views of dunes and mountains. Helpful and communicative host. All in all a fantastic stay. Thank you. "

"Area is super nice, easy access to two lovely beaches. And bus interchange a 10 minute walk to get you all over the island. Perfect solo holiday. Great staff member at the counter I presume is the owner; super friendly and welcoming. The place is a 2 star hotel so don’t expect it to be amazing, but it was comfortable and I loved my time there! "The property is very new and very large! Would be a great venue for a family or group of friends looking for a peaceful and private stay in the South of the island. It would be worth noting that the owner has a private flat on the premises and is sometimes around although i was never bothered by this. The property is not quite finished (some lights not fitted, filler marks to walls etc) but this did not impede my stay. I did miss that there was no washing machine, kettle or coffee machine. Pool...
