“The microwave did not work so I had to go use the one in the breakfast area.”

“I mean, this place is the place you’d want to stay if you have no other options. It just needs an update, it’s very simple. That said, the coffee was ACTUALLY good, the room was for sure clean (thank you), although it has that odor of stale former smoker’s room lingering, and the staff are great. Plus the plants in the lobby really brighten it up. Somebody knows how to give life to the green things! 🌿”

“I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad hotel review. The pictures online look nothing like the rooms. The pictures show wood flooring but it’s actually old carpet. The bedding was covered in stains and we believe we found evidence of bed bugs. The carpet was clearly not vacuumed either. We ended up having to drive an hour and a half to another town. We ended up paying 100 dollars less for a much nicer hotel there. Aside from those issues I will say the desk agent was nice and very understanding.……
