"We received great customer service on our check in from reception staff. The rooms are very spacious, cosy and feel like home vibe. It is an old property but well maintained!"

"The room was really nice but our view was horrible (our balcony faced another building) the shower pressure was poor and even with the aircon on the whole time the room stayed boiling hot for some reason. The hotsprings were beautiful I 100% recommend, although the water in most of the pools was way too hot 😂. The bathhouse should definitely be included with a stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely, the coffee at the restaurant was good but pricey. There is free parking right out the front of the hotel but Goodluck getting a park, your other option is paying to park in their parking lot which my car wouldn't fit in. Overall a very good stay, cheers guys."
