My apartment is suitable for vacations with family or friends!
It can accommodate 4 people and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a clean shower room and a living room with a sofa bed, a television and a dining area, where you can have your meals or relax after an intense day.
You will also have a nice balcony with a MAGNIFICENT SEA VIEW, where you can have your aperitifs in peace!
And to complete your stay, the residence has a pleasant swimming pool, which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days!
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler!
The residence is located in a quiet area, 9 minutes by car from the city center, where you will find everything you need for your daily life: various bars, restaurants and shops. For your daily shopping needs, you will find the Casino Shop just 6 minutes away by car.
You'll be a 9-minute drive from the Petite Fontaine Beach, 10 minutes from the Aiguille Beach, and 8 minutes from the Château Beach!
Visit the must-see places of the town and discover: the Château De Théoule (7 minutes by car) which has a large park; several historical and contemporary monuments such as: the famous statue of Notre Dame d'Afrique (5 minutes) which is 12 meters high, the fountain of the place du Général Bertrand (6 minutes) carved from a single block of stone... and the Théoule Island (7 minutes) which offers various water sports and activities such as: wakeboarding, water skiing, monoskiing, baby skiing, and many others ...
The Provencal market is held on Tuesday and Friday mornings on the Place du Général Bertrand (6 minutes by car); and on Wednesday evenings, from May to September, the coastal farmers' market is held on the Port (8 minutes).
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

Who can resist the splendid landscapes of the Esterel massif in which the city is nestled? Théoule-sur-Mer is first of all a seaside resort, with its beaches and water sports of course, but also its marina. It is one of the very first to have been built in France, in 1962. Today, it can accommodate up to 180 boats.

From Cannes-Mandelieu Airport : 20 minutes by car.
