Another from the Sunday Market in Tlacolula. If you're not already aware, it's probably the best market near Oaxaca, but what stands out the most for me is the "dining hall". I use that term very loosely, because I can't think of another title.

Hot charcoal grills line the centre of the building that are used to cook what you just purchased from the stalls surrounding them.

The Sunday market in Tlacolula, about a 15 minute bus ride outside of Oaxaca City for around 20pesos. It's huge, and a great place to meet some locals and buy some great food and wares. 

This guy was selling incredibly delicious honey out of his wheelbarrow, complete with honeycombs!
