“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“Nice clean room. It was refreshed every other day. Upon arrival we were asked what kind of stay we were in the area for, and some lovely suggestions were given. We asked for an extra pillow, and it was quickly given to us. We had trouble opening the door on the last day, and were assisted before we needed to visit the office.
