“They are so professional and with wonderful hospitality. The breakfast/meals there were great. The facilities were in very good condition. The whole hotel is very elegant and delightful. They also provide free shuttle service that saved us a lot of time and taxi expenses. Overall, it was a good decision for me to choose this hotel for our Toledo visit.”

“The reception was a big help to us. I forgot to ask his name. He can speak English very well and very very kind. He helped us park the car when we had trouble parking car and provided hot water for us. The location is very good The only problem is there is no elevator in the hotel. But beside this, everything is perfect.”
