“We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)……

“Washer available but no dryer. There is no ensuite bathroom, so only suitable for couple. But a very large lounge with a large outdoor on the 3rd floor for this penthouse apartment. Modern open kitchen with all facilities you need for in house dining. We enjoyed the stay and felt very comfortable for two of us.”

“On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay)
we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave……
