“Screching water pipes all night. Fixed once then hour later continued all night. Very low water pressure and lack of hot water. I have stayed here before and and have never had this poor of an experience.”

“Absolutely do not rent this motel! I am not kidding when I say it looks appeared on full of homeless people. I absolutely refused to stay there”

“Worst part of the whole stay was that I woke up and my room was INFESTED with little ants. They weren’t there the night before. And I was on third floor so they didn’t come from under the door. It was bad. Other than that, the front desk guy the night I checked in was rude, could barely hear him as he mumbled, not a please or thank you to be found. The room was bare bone, not even a coffee maker. The bathroom didn’t even have hand soap! Next to the prison like sink was a bottle of lotion in the……

“The lady at the front desk was super sweet, she was so helpful and courteous, the place was quiet and clean, the shower is amazing, and you can just relax I in peace. 😊”

“Staff was helpful and friendly when available. Complimentary wine and cheese was nice. Room Charadonay bed was too big. Consistently bumping on corners of bed frame. No place to store clothes. Lived out of suitcase. Can't control heat or air in guest room. Central control only. Portable heater wad provided. Town was noisy with students yelling late in the morning. ”

“Expedia messed up my booking. The person at the front tried to help but had very limited say in the matter. As I was trying to call Expedia, the staff kept making loud noises and one was on their phone making a very loud personal call. the lobby was wet as they had just mopped when I got there - in the middle of the day with people coming and going. ”

“The bartender in the Pub was excellent. He was knowledgable, friendly and very timely. He made our dinner most enjoyable. ”

“We were so pleasantly surprised with this resort. We came for the night with our two toddlers and it was such a beautiful and peaceful place. They utilized the playground, swimming pools, and Cafe. It is a bit remote, but the resort has plenty of amenities to keep occupied. I am looking to stay in the winter and utilize their slopes! Thank you for a wonderful and peaceful experience!”

“The staff here at the hotel is amazing!!! From the manager to housekeeping!!! The are ALL the best! Tracy at the front desk stands out the most! I felt like I’ve known her for years!!! She’s such a people person!!! Hats off to Marriott for having her on their staff!!!”
